結(jié)構(gòu)特點及作用

1、工程塑料外殼采用玻璃纖維增強不飽和聚酯樹脂材料，通過模具壓制而成，外形美觀。具有抗老化、不變形，抗沖擊、抗靜電、耐腐蝕等優(yōu)點。產(chǎn)品顏色為綠色。

2、不銹鋼外殼通過模具落料、成型工藝加工而成，表面鏡面拋光處理，美觀大方。

3、鋼板外殼表面酸洗，鈍化后采用高壓靜電噴塑處理，防腐等為F1。

4、G、S兩系列抗強酸、強堿、鹽、海水、氨、氯離子腐蝕，防腐等為F2。

5、G、S兩系列產(chǎn)品為迷宮式防水結(jié)構(gòu)，具有良好的防水、防塵性能，防護等為IP65。

6、所有外露緊固件均采用不銹鋼，密封件采用硅橡膠，耐油、耐酸、耐堿、耐高溫。

7、本系列產(chǎn)品適用于交流50Hz，電壓380V及以下，直流440及以下，電流100A以內(nèi)的電路中，作為工作現(xiàn)場中照明控制，電能傳送、動力控制等作用。
